DHS Individual Graduation Plans (IGP)

An Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) is a school document that parents, students, and school counselors create to help students focus on their particular interests, abilities, and career goals.

Students review their IGP’s annually with their school counselor and parents to make adjustments as their interests and goals change. IGP’s are based on a selected cluster of study and an academic major within that cluster.  Contact your school counselor if you have any questions.

2016-2017 IGP's

Individual Graduation plan conferences are in full swing for the 2016-2017 school year. You will be receiving a letter in the mail with your child's date and time listed. We encourage all parents/guardians to attend their child's meeting.

Please contact the counseling office at 843-398-2732 if you need to reschedule your child's day or time of the conference.

We look forward to working with all of our parents and students this year.
