NCAA ELIGIBILITY PROCEDURES

If you are a 12th grade athlete wishing to play a sport in college, then there are several things you MUST do:

1. Fill out the Clearinghouse Eligibility Form online https://web3.ncaa.org/ecwr3/

2. The fee is $90, unless you are eligible for a SAT/ACT fee waiver.
3. ACT/SAT score requirements are on a sliding scale with your GPA.  The lower your GPA, the higher you must score on the ACT/SAT.
4. Keep in contact with your school counselor and with your coach to verify that you are taking the required core courses to qualify for NCAA athletics.
5.
Send your ACT/SAT test scores to the NCAA Eligibility Center.  When registering for the ACT/SAT, please use the code 9999 to send your scores.

6. Send your transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center.  You can send your transcript for free through www.Parchment.com
