Congratulations to Mrs. Jennifer Dixon-Hooks!
Jennifer Dixon-Hooks is a five-year certified Business/Marketing/Technology teacher who began her teaching degree as a Computer Science teacher at Darlington High School. Mrs. Hooks earned her BA degree in Psychology from Limestone University. She furthered her education from Webster University earning a MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Management. Mrs. Hooks is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Integrating Technology from Grand Canyon University. The focus of her study is Secondary school teachers’ perceptions and experiences using Community of Inquiry in a Virtual Learning Environment.
Mrs. Hooks has been married to Andre’ Hooks Sr. since 1996 and they are blessed with three children: Shae, Andre’ Jr., & Chris; three grandchildren: Dreaton, Chris II, & Andre’ III. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She is also very active in her church, Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and in the communities of Darlington and Florence Counties.
Mrs. Hooks believes that all students can succeed, but some need a little push and motivation to help them reach their full potential.
